Residential
Private homes and apartments — new builds and full interior fit-outs delivered to a family's timeline, not just a contract's.
A blue line is the first mark made on a slab — the datum every measurement after it depends on. Get it wrong and everything downstream is wrong. We named the company after the discipline, and we build construction and interiors to the same standard.
Most projects don't come apart at the structure. They come apart in the handovers.
Between the designer and the builder. Between the builder and the finisher. Every gap is a delay, a variation, an argument — and every one of them is decided long before anyone pours concrete.
Blue Line closes those gaps by running design, construction and interiors as a single team under a single contract. One programme. One point of accountability. The measurement is the promise.
We are a Malé-based contractor delivering building construction, renovation, interior design and fit-out across the Maldives, operating an Integrated Management System that brings quality, safety and environmental control under one documented set of procedures.
Our IMS is aligned to the principles of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Alignment and certification are different things, and we say which one we mean.
Drawn first, in detail, so the assumptions surface on site rather than at handover.
Not decoration. The standard our conduct, performance and decisions are measured against — and the standard we may be held to in return.
To become one of the Maldives' most trusted construction and interior companies through quality, innovation, safety, and customer satisfaction.
To deliver reliable, safe, and high-quality construction services while building long-term relationships with our clients and creating a positive workplace for our employees.
Everyone has both the right and the responsibility to work safely — and to stop unsafe work.
We are honest, transparent and accountable — including when the news is bad.
We do the work right, we verify it, and we improve it.
We communicate, coordinate and support one another across trades and offices.
We own our commitments, our decisions and our results.
We look for better ways to design, plan, build and deliver.
We treat employees, clients, consultants, suppliers and the public with dignity.
We understand the requirement and deliver the agreed outcome.
Six disciplines. One contract. One point of accountability.
Take the whole scope or the single piece you're missing — either way there is one programme and one team answerable for it.
See the four stages every project runs through.
Substructure, frame and envelope. Groundworks through to weathertight, with structural coordination handled in-house.
StructureRefurbishment, extension and adaptive reuse. We survey the existing condition ourselves rather than trusting old drawings.
ExistingPartitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery and final finishes — detailed and delivered to a fixed handover date.
FinishMeasured bills of quantity and line-by-line pricing. No provisional sums left vague enough to surprise you later.
CostProgramme control, procurement and site supervision, with regular reporting so the critical path is never a mystery.
ProgrammeStage-by-stage inspection with signed checklists, joint snagging walks and a documented defects liability period.
ControlResidential, commercial and renovation work across the Maldives — occupied or vacant, new or existing.
Private homes and apartments — new builds and full interior fit-outs delivered to a family's timeline, not just a contract's.
Offices, retail units and hospitality spaces — phased around live operations where needed, with minimal downtime.
Refurbishment, extension and adaptive reuse across existing buildings, with the survey done before the price is given.
Every project runs the same order, so you always know what happens next and who owns it.
We visit, measure and understand the brief ourselves. Assumptions are resolved on site, while resolving them is still cheap.
Drawings, specification and a measured bill of quantities. You approve a fixed scope and a fixed cost before we mobilise a single person.
Work proceeds to a tracked schedule under documented quality and safety controls, with progress reported against the programme — not against optimism.
Joint snagging walk, closed-out defect list and handover documentation. We remain accountable through the defects liability period.
One signed contract. The one that turns a company on paper into a company on site.

After the site visit, the drawings and the costing, our first client read the agreement through, signed it, and shook our hands across the table.
We are new. We would rather say so than pad a portfolio with work we did not do. What we offer instead is the thing most contractors stop offering once they get busy: the directors on site, every week, answerable in person.
Every standard we set on this project becomes the standard for everything after it. That is worth more to us than it is to the client — which is exactly why the client should take it.
The five questions we are asked most often, answered plainly.
We visit and measure the site ourselves, then produce a measured bill of quantities with line-by-line pricing. You approve a fixed scope and a fixed cost before we mobilise. Any variation after that is agreed in writing before the work is done — never billed as a surprise.
That depends on scope, but you get a dated programme with the proposal, not a vague estimate. We report progress against that programme rather than against optimism, and we flag slippage in the week it happens rather than at handover.
Yes. Offices, retail units and homes are regularly fitted out in phases around live operations. We agree the sequence, working hours and dust and noise controls with you before starting, so the disruption is planned rather than discovered.
Handover includes a joint snagging walk and a closed-out defect list. After that a defects liability period applies, during which we return and put right anything that is our responsibility, at our cost.
Yes. We can take a project from concept drawings and specification through authority approvals to construction and handover under one contract, or work from drawings you already have.
Still unsure? Send us the details and we’ll answer properly — or read how we run a project first.
Azriel Investments Private Limited provides the financial standing, governance and continuity behind every contract we sign. The site work, the standards and the accountability are ours.
Send drawings, a site address, or a rough idea written in a message. We reply with a realistic programme and a transparent cost — not a brochure.
We reply to every enquiry within one working day, and return a costed proposal within five working days of the site visit.
